Pros and cons of Mines of Mars app for iPhone and iPad

Mines of Mars app good for

THX! But its the second time i get a Director Class: ERROR. Please fix this bug.
Not sure about the other complaints. I loved this game although it only took about 11 hours of playtime to finish. I quite enjoyed parts of the narrative, and slowly building at the start of the game wasnt an issue for me. Plan your upgrades wisely at the start. It was visually appealing in a strange sort of way.
This game is worth the money it is graphically beautiful and adventurous there many unknowns in this and you feel very satisfied as u find new hems and ores for various armors and weapons and other necessities there is only one complaint I have it is not very challenging what this game needs is more action and intense battles with the unknown creatures of mars the boss battles are cool but we need a little bit more in between those boss battles I do hope that they make that happen in the next update. Thank crescent moon games this is a wonderful creation and should be proud of ur work
Unlimited replay value might I say. Lots of unlockables and youre going to enjoy it while you try to get those unlockables
Love this game. Great combination of mining and quests. Awesome soundtrack too!
This game matches up to the reviews- Similar to Motherload, with a nice twist of its own. I cant say that the controls are great but there not bad. Ok to use with no real issues. You mine 80% of the time, and occasionally shoot at monsters. You can use the gun to shoot blocks with I think is a real game changer. Later on in the game you can purchase anti-gravity boots which flip you gravity. You can save fuel and fight monsters upside down, not to mention mining upside down. I like the story line and everything about the game. Do I think the game is worth $5? Yes, but only if they keep adding updates and performance upgrades; or else it could be $3. Id give up a burger for this game. What bugs me about this game is that one of the portals(B) has blocked the entrance of the first boss. It cuts off the storyline for when you need all five relics(4200 down level). I have all the purchasable upgrades in the game and everything from the offering pit and museum is full minus first key relic. I cant move on because of the storyline issue, this might be only on my map though. There should be an update that makes the portal generation code to move the portal at least 1 space away from all unmineable/unbreakable blocks and when the portal is generated etc. Other than that I cant say its a bad game, I dont think this issue affects anyone elses maps since Im pretty sure the maps are randomly generated or at least different with multiple maps.

Some bad moments

No GPS to next teleport, disgusting controls. Wasting your Money for everything but Not for this trash.
Controls are clunky and you have to resurface way too often. Its a mining game. Not a jet pack game. Down. Not up. Also bin fills up way to fast to ever let you really get into enjoying exploring at starting levels and major flaw is that when bin is full any blocks mined are deleted. The ore isnt either left behind to be picked up later nor is it picked up so that ore is lost forever in the game. Bin needs to be made bigger at the start to help you get into mining, not crafting. I played for an hour and resurfaced 10x times. Terraria is fun because you can just dig dig dig then when you go up to the top you have a boat load of stuff to sort and craft - its all your treasure. This game gives you too little of both. No mining. No loot. No treasure.
Im really not impressed that I spent $4.99 on a game that wont load all of a sudden for some reason! Ive already had to start a new game once and now my second game wont load when I click on it. I refuse to start a third game and start all over again.... Again. Its little monotonous to say the least to do it all over again.... For the third time. I never wouldve considered giving this game one star if this didnt happen and I was able to continue playing. That being said.... Id be more than happy to change my rating if this issue was resolved.
Dig dig dig and die, dig dig dig and die, thats it, super boring
A great game, but with fatal bugs. One of the portals you can purchase were placed overtop the entrance to a dungeon. This made the dungeon inaccessible and the game unfinishable. Rather frustrating...
I really wanted to like this, but it takes far too long to mine and there is too little in between useful veins of material. Being able to retrieve the things your previous deceased corpses were carrying might help. Ultimately there just wasnt enough going on to hold my interest.
